At VirtualSMS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds under the following conditions:
• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase
• The phone number must not have been used to receive SMS messages
• The account must not have any violations of our Terms & Conditions
The following services are non-refundable and cannot be returned:
• Phone numbers that have already been used to receive SMS messages
• Services used for fraudulent or illegal purposes
• Premium features or add-ons that have been utilized
• Services purchased from promotional or discounted offers
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your VirtualSMS account
2. Navigate to the "Transactions" or "Orders" section
3. Select the transaction you wish to refund
4. Click "Request Refund" and provide a reason
Once your refund request has been approved, it typically takes 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your original payment method. In some cases, it may take longer depending on your financial institution.
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds. For example, if you have used part of a balance or service duration, the refund amount will be calculated based on the unused portion of your purchase.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that demonstrate a pattern of refund abuse, including but not limited to excessive refund requests or refund requests for services that were clearly used.
